This place is a fantastic property situated in a vibrant district near the university and various dining options, with friendly staff and a convenient location close to the university residence.

The rooms were newly renovated and included an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an air conditioning etc. A bath in the reasonably spacious bathroom was super awesome. The location was absolutely perfect handy to shops etc and the staff here was amicable.

This place is in a really nice building and has an absolutely perfect location, close to shops. I really liked that it was next to a restaurant and the tram. 🚋.

Great hotel in an easy position close to public transport. Location adjacent to restaurant and bar as well as Footscray and the city. Lots of options, outstanding food.

Everything was great, ideal location just off Downtown, main shopping centre and good eateries, fantastic experience. The rooms with a functional kitchenette, bathroom were perfectly clean and huge. The restaurant had excellent meals.

While the views weren't the highlight, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed. I didn't need much, but their helpfulness stood out. Just watch out for cleanliness in the rooms—it could use some attention. It was an okay stay for a few nights.

I had a decent stay! The location was PERFECT for the festival, but the noise was worse than I expected. I'd consider it again for the friendly staff.

Poor maintence in unit 26. Broken door chain and light switch.

The lady at the reception desk was very polite and helpful. Her attitude came across as genuine. Considering I booked our room at an earlier date, for what we paid, this is what we got. I did not expect much, so I was not disappointed. But the over-all service received from reception to room service, can not be faulted. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and close to where we needed to go.

The room information folder needs to be up-dated. The maps inside this folder did not give much indication as to where we were, concerning where else we wanted to go. Just another note, some information on public transport would be nice.

The single room had a high-quality microwave and the bed was spotless.

Staff were great, helpful, food was great... Right next to the University... Will be staying there again if I come to Melbourne
